Cash Flow Health

  • How does the Cash Flow Health tool work?

    The Cash Flow Health tool allows you to monitor all of your business bank accounts in one place. To activate Cash Flow Health, you simply connect the bank accounts you want to monitor securely through Plaid. Once your accounts are connected, Nuula's Artificial Intelligence will monitor your cash flow and let you know ahead of time if we predict a cash shortfall in one of your accounts. You can also set “safe limits” for each account and receive real-time alerts whenever you’re approaching a low balance.

  • Is the Cash Flow Health tool free?

    Yes. Simply download the Nuula app from the Google Play Store or the App Store and activate your Cash Flow Health tool. It is 100% free to use.

  • How do I activate the Cash Flow Health tool?

    1. In Metrics, scroll to the Cash Flow Health tile and tap Get started

    2. To learn more about the Cash Flow Health tool, click through the carousel by tapping Next or tap Skip in the top right corner

    3. Review the Plaid End User Privacy Policy and tap the Continue button

    • By selecting Continue you are agreeing to the Plaid End User Privacy Policy

    4. Find your bank by entering your bank name in the Search box

    5. Select your bank from the list

    • If your bank institution is not listed, you cannot activate this tool

    6. Enter in your bank User Name/User ID and Password/PIN

    7. Tap Submit (please tap only once)

    8. Answer any security questions required by your bank

    9. Your bank will ask you to verify your identity via Text or Email

    10. Select one of the two options and click Continue

    11. Enter the security code sent to you via text or email and select Submit

    12. Your account has been successfully linked to Nuula

    13. Select Continue to view your current Cash Flow

  • How do I remove a bank account from the Cash Flow Health tool?

    1. In Metrics, scroll to the Cash Flow Health tile and tap the tile to open

    4. You’ll be asked if you want to remove the institution - select Yes, remove it!

    4. You’ll be asked if you want to remove the institution - select Yes, remove it!

    6. Once complete, you’ve successfully removed the Cash Flow Health tool from your Nuula account

  • How does the Financial Health tool work?

    The Financial Health tool integrates directly with your cloud accounting platform to monitor revenue, expenses, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. You simply connect your accounting platform with the Financial Health tool and all of your accounting data is at your fingertips. Know at a glance if you need to chase down revenue or pay an upcoming bill to avoid penalties. See a picture of your financial performance month over month and year over year so you can understand how your business is doing.

  • Is the Financial Health tool free?

    Yes. Simply download the Nuula app from the Google Play Store or the App Store, and connect your cloud accounting platform to the Financial Health tool. It’s 100% free to use.

  • What platforms can I track with the Financial Health tool?

    You can monitor business financial metrics through your QuickBooks, FreshBooks, or Wave account. For the U.K. launch, you will be able to connect your Xero account and for the Canadian launch, you will be able to connect to your Sage account to the Financial Health tool.

  • How do I connect my account to the Financial Health tool?

    1. In Metrics, scroll to the Financial Health tile and tap Get started

    6. Allow access to the following information and click Allow access

    7. Once your account is connected tap Next

    8. Tap Finish on the confirmation screen and close the window

  • How do I remove the Financial Health tool from my Nuula account?

    1. In Metrics, scroll to the Financial Health tile and tap the tile to open

  • Why can’t I connect my cloud accounting account to the Financial Health tool?

    At this time, the Financial Health tool can only connect to FreshBooks, QuickBooks, and Wave accounts. Additional platforms are coming soon. If you are having issues with syncing one of these accounts, it may be because your credentials were entered incorrectly.

  • How does the Commerce Health tool work?

    The Commerce Health tool allows small businesses to track their ecommerce and point of sale (POS) business performance at any time. Simply connect your ecommerce account to gain access to your business's sales and returns, order volume, and customer trends. The Commerce Health tool promptly alerts you when it requires your attention alongside the other key metrics within the Nuula app.

  • How do I connect my account to the Commerce Health tool?

  • What platforms can I track with the Commerce Health tool?

    You can monitor your business' ecommerce performance from your Square, Stripe or Amazon platform through Codat in the Commerce Health tool. We will be integrating other ecommerce platforms soon.

  • Why can’t I connect my account to Codat?

    At this time, the Commerce Health tool can only connect to Square and Stripe. Additional platforms are coming soon. If you are having issues with syncing your account, it may be because your credentials were entered incorrectly.

Social Health

  • How does the Social Health tool work?

    The Social Health tool allows small businesses to track all of your online customer reviews in one place, with real-time alerts for new reviews. To activate the tool, you add your business and connect with the online platforms you would like to track. Once you’re set-up, you’ll be able to open the tool to see all of your reviews in one place. We’ll also send you alerts whenever you receive a new review so that you can act quickly to resolve any negative comments or take advantage of customer praise you may want to share across your social channels. The tool also gives you an overall aggregate Social Health score that takes an average of your ratings across all platforms, so that you can work to maintain or improve your overall Social Health.

  • Is the Social Health tool free?

    Yes. Simply download the Nuula app from the Google Play Store or the App Store and activate your Social Health tool. It is 100% free to use.

  • How do I activate the Social Health tool?

    1. In Metrics, scroll to the Social Health tile and tap Activate

    2. Give your business location a name for example Queen Street and select the review platform you would like to connect to and tap Next. If you have multiple locations with the same name, we suggest using the street name.

    3. You have successfully connected your review platform. If you want to add more platforms for that business/location open the Social Health tool and tap the Gear icon in the top right corner.

    4. Select the platforms you have associated with this business

    5. Once you’re done with connecting the additional platform to your business location tap the arrow to see the reviews and rating updates in your Social Health tool

  • Can I add more than one business or location in the Social Health tool?

    There is no limit on the number of businesses or locations you can track within the Social Health tool. To add another location visit your Settings within the Social Health tool and tap the Plus icon in the top right corner.

  • Can I remove one of my social platforms from the Social Health tool?

    To remove a social platform from a location:

    1. In Metrics, scroll to the Social Health tile and tap the tile to open

    3. Select the business you want to remove the social platform from

  • Can I remove one of my locations from the Social Health tool?

    To remove a location entirely:

  • How does the Business Credit Health tool work?

    The Business Credit Health tool from Nuula is a powerful tool that keeps a daily watch on your Experian Business credit reports. The tool works by sending you alerts when there is activity on your business credit file, or a change in your business credit score, making it easy for you to stay on top of your business credit. The tool also displays your current credit score key factors – helping you to understand what is currently hurting or helping your credit scores and how to improve them.

     

  • Is the Business Credit Health tool free?

  • How do I activate the Business Credit Health tool?

    1. In Metrics, scroll to the Business Credit Health tile and tap Activate

    2. We’ve partnered with Experian to provide your personal credit score. You’ll be asked to answer questions that will be used by Experian to verify your identity. To begin tap Next.

    3. Complete your customer profile with the information of the individual who registered the business and tap Next

    5. If credit data is available for your business, you will see your business listed along with any other close matches for you to select from

  • Why don't I have a business credit score?

    If there hasn't been enough credit activity with your business to generate a credit score, we will not be able to display one within the tool. We will continue to monitor your business credit file and will alert you as soon as your score becomes available.

  • How do I dispute incorrect information on your Experian Business Credit Report?

    If you see information you believe is incorrect on your Experian credit report, you can dispute it.

    The following can be disputed via the Experian website. Note, you must create an account on the website first, then you will have an option to dispute incorrect information:

    • Business Name
    • Business Address
    • Telephone Number
    • Business home page URL
    • Email Address
    • Number of Employees
    • Annual Sales Addition
    • Executive Officers
    • Business License Information (contractors only)
    • Bonding Information (contractors only)
    • Insurance Information (contractors only)

    All other information must be disputed directly with Experian by emailing BusinessDisputes@Experian.com 

     

  • How do I remove the Business Credit Health tool from my Nuula account?

    1. In Metrics, scroll to the Business Credit Health tile and tap the tile to open

    2. We’ve partnered with Experian to provide your personal credit score. You’ll be asked to answer questions based on your personal credit report that will be used by Experian to verify your identity. To start, tap Next.

    4. Answer one or more questions from Experian

    5. If answered correctly, your identity will be verified and your Personal Credit Health tool will be activated in the Nuula app

    6. If you answered incorrectly, your identity will not be verified and you will have to try again. Tap Retry.

    7. You will have three attempts to verify your identity. If you are unsuccessful you will have to wait 72 hours to try again

    • Please call Experian to verify by phone at 1-800-111-1111 or wait 72 hours and try the questionnaire again

  • How do I remove the Personal Credit Health tool from my Nuula account?

    1. In Metrics, scroll to the Personal Credit Health tile and tap to open

  • Does activating my Personal Credit Health Tool affect my credit score?

    No, activating the Personal Credit Health will not affect your credit score.

  • Why should I track both my Business and Personal Credit Health?

    Many lenders will consider both personal and business credit scores when determining the creditworthiness of your business.

    Banks often rely on both business and personal credit scores for approving lines of credit for your small business. And some credit scores — such as the FICO Small Business Scoring Service (SBSS) — take both business and personal credit reports into account when calculating scores. The U.S. Small Business Administration, or SBA, currently uses SBSS to pre-screen its loan applicants.

    And if you’re just starting up, your business may not have an existing business credit score, so you may need a strong personal credit score to qualify for a small business loan, negotiate favorable terms, secure line-of-credit increases, and apply for emergency funds.
