  • How do I sign up for the Nuula App?

    Download the Nuula app from the App Store or Google Play Store. After downloading the app, you’ll be asked to:

    1. Enter your Email address
    2. Create a Password
    3. Accept Terms of Use
    4. Select Create account
  • How do I reset/change my password?

    If you are logged in to the app and want to change your password:

    1. Select Settings from the bottom navigation

    2. Under Account Settings, select Change password

    3. Type in your Current password and your New password

    4. Once completed, tap Change password

    5. You will receive an email notification confirming that you have updated your password

    6. Your password has been updated

  • What is biometric authentication and how do I set it up?

    Biometric authentication lets you sign in to the app using fingerprint or facial recognition instead of a password (on supported devices). To set up biometric authentication:

    1. Select Settings from the bottom navigation

    3. Enable security options by tapping the toggle button and select Biometrics

    4. Close the app and reopen it. You will receive a message asking you if you want to use your face or fingerprint recognition instead of your password. Tap OK.

  • How do I download and use the Nuula app in a country other than the United States?

    We are currently only available in the United States and Canada. We have plans to launch the app in  UK soon. 

  • Is the Nuula app free?

    Yes. The app is free to download from the App Store or Google Play Store - you can activate and use any of our business management tools for free.

  • How do I get a new activation code after the one I received has expired?

    Tap "Log in" and tap the "Forgot password?" link again to obtain a new verification code. For

    instructions check out: Forgot password.

  • How do I change my email address?

    To change the email address associated with your Nuula account:

    1. Select Settings from the bottom navigation

    3. Enter your new email address and tap Update

    4. You will receive an email notification with a six-digit verification code

    5. Enter your six-digit verification code to confirm the new email address

    6. Your new email address has now been successfully updated

    7. You will receive a confirmation email that the update has been completed

  • Forgot password

    If you have forgotten your password for your Nuula account, you’ll need to reset it. If you are not logged in:

    1. Select Log in from the home screen

    3. Enter the email address associated with your Nuula account and tap Reset password

    4. Check your email for a six-digit verification code

    5. Enter your six-digit verification code in the app

    6. Enter your new password and tap Set new password

    7. You’ll be taken back to the login screen where you can enter your email and new password

  • How do I get my verification code to reset my password?

    Your 6-digit verification code will be sent to the email address currently registered with your Nuula account.

  • How do I delete/deactivate my Nuula account?
    1. In Settings, scroll down to Other and tap Delete my account
    2. You’ll be asked Are you sure you want to close this account? and tap I want to delete my account
      1. Please note that you will have 30 days to reactive your account. Read How do I reactivate my Nuula account? if you made a mistake.
    3. To confirm account deletion please enter your password and tap Done
    4. Your Nuula account has successfully been deactivated and will be deleted in 30 days.
  • How do I reactivate my Nuula account?

    To reactivate your account you will need to take the following actions within 30 days of the deletion request:

    1. Download the Nuula app from the App Store or Google Play Store

    2. Open the app and tap Log In

    3. Enter your original email address and password used with the deactivated account and tap Log In

    4. You will receive an email verification with a six-digit code, please enter this code in the Nuula app

    5. Once you enter the verification code your account will be reactivated
