What do I do if I receive an error message?

Make sure you have downloaded the latest version of the app by going to the App Store or Google Play Store. This should fix the issue in most cases.

If you continue to see an error message please contact customersuccess@nuula.com and let them know what error you’re seeing. Attaching screenshots or screen recordings of the problem you’re having if you can help us solve the problem more quickly.
