If you are unable to enroll one of your bank accounts with Plaid, it may be because:
- Credentials were entered incorrectly
- Your business bank account is not accepted by Plaid. Note: you must have a business bank account with a debit card.
- If your financial institution does not show up within Plaid’s search, it’s likely that your financial institution is not supported by Plaid, in which case Plaid recommends asking your financial institution to contact them about integration.
